Passwordless Authentication and Passwordless Security
It’s no secret — passwords can be a real headache, both for the people who use them and the people who manage them. Over time, we’ve created hundreds of passwords, it’s easy to lose track of them and they’re easily compromised. Fortunately, passwordless authentication is becoming a feasible reality for many businesses. Duo can help you get there.

Unfortunately the USB stick fails to boot. Tries to boot a Broadcom PXE and reports 'media failure'. The same media was used yesterday without a problem. The only Broadcom chip I have in my system is wifi but this should not affect boot. The USB stick was created with Mint USB Image Writer which uses dd under the hood.

13.0.2 The RAT-TUX at startup is not my real taste. The installation performed well. Also xorgsetup and x-server running without problems. I modified the /etc/lilo.conf file but liloconfig wasn´t able to write it new. The ro-paranoia sucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could also fix 13.0.7 x-server freezing by typing "linux failsafe" at bootprompt. I erased the "read only" line and changed vga= to my preferred 791. Somehow liloconfig could write the modified /etc/lilo.conf to the MBR. The lilo.conf at 13.0.2 was much larger with a lot more comments. The default filebrowsers and editors at both versions are the simplest and lack to go upper at "save at" point; also it was not possible to change the bar between directory and file -field. And there is not the ability to copy'n'paste at xterm/bash. Simple things but at first new installation this must be fine to paste the logs somewhere if you need help ! The geyish gnome optic is also depressive to the mood. Both wanted to read or write something to the BIOS but the security there stopped that and I agreed with this. So they bypass both but they are not the only ones. Zenwalk wanted to interact with BIOS also.
